• 100 X 200 enclosed sand ring
• NEW roughly 210 X 180 large sand ring
• Solid wooden round pen
• Brand new 9 stall barn, built in 2012 — wall to wall mats, invidividual lockers, indoor washroom, wash stall, generator powered, and more
• Older barn with 15 stalls — good ventilation, individual lockers
• Outdoor wash stalls
• Daily turnout in large grass paddocks with individual or group turnout
• Safe, maintained fencing
• Grain 2x/day, excellent quality hay, daily fresh water
• Hot and cold water
