What’s New

Lone Wolf Farm believes in providing its clients and the public as many learning opportunities as possible. That is why we believe in bringing in many different points of view. We are always providing new clinics and opportunities to learn.

August 2018

— What a busy summer of horse showing so far! Our students have been showing on all three circuits; Bronze, Silver and Gold this summer with great results every weekend.  We have welcomed a couple of new school ponies the past few months as well as a couple of new boarders.  Check our facebook page for weekly updates on show results!

February 2018

— We are busy planning our many events for the upcoming season.  Our show meeting will be held on Sun March 4 at 1:00 at the new barn.  If you are interested in finding out about the fun shows, bronze, silver or gold, please come.  And we will have a riding apparel swap also that day.

— We are running a mini March  break camp on March 13, 14 and 15.  Contact Marilyn for more info.  Registration closes on March 1.

— On Saturday March 24 we have several riders that will be receiving awards at the OVPSC banquet being held at Irish Hills Golf and Country Club in Carp.    Congratulations to Caitlyn T., Elyssa M., and Ruby Str.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  There will be dancing and a silent auction – benefits going to Big Sky Ranch and our OVPSC show shuttle service. —We have confirmed Tim Grosse for another clinic on April 28/29.  More details to follow.

November 2017

— November was a very special month as our student Erin Earl and her pony Hemi attended their first Royal Winter Fair to show in the large pony division.  They had a fantastic first Royal experience and came home with a 5th and 8th place ribbon.

September 2017

— Show season has finished and we could not be more proud of all of our students!  Everyone had great results on the different circuits they competed on this summer.  Plans are already in place for the 2018 show season.

— Our fun show this month was a huge success.  Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, judged or came to support their friends and family.

— The Fall three month schedule is now underway.  Thank you to all of our clients for their patience in getting the new three month system in place.

August 2017

— What a busy summer so far! We have had students showing this summer on a variety of show circuits and disciplines such as the Bronze Hunter/Jumper Circuit, the Bronze and Silver Dressage Circuit, and the Gold Hunter circuit.  Everyone has been bringing home lots of ribbons and we are very proud of how both our students and horses have done so far.  Students will continue to attend shows in August and September.

— Our new rotating three month schedule kicked off with registration the first week of August.  Lessons have been confirmed with all students for the September to November lesson period.

— Our next fun show is September 16th at the farm.  Everyone is welcome to come and participate, volunteer or cheer on your friends!
